Return Timeframe & Eligibility

We proudly stand behind our products, and strive to provide an easy, stress-free customer experience. If you are unhappy with an item(s) you received, we will gladly exchange or refund items and sales tax – minus the shipping charges made within 30 days of purchase. No Questions Asked!

Return Shipping & Refunds

Please contact us by sending an email to returns@helloblissbaby.com with information about your return. If eligible, Consumer Support will provide an RMA form via email and any fees that apply will be deducted from your refund.

Return/Exchange Request Damaged Item(s)

Q: An item(s) within my package arrived broken. Do you offer replacements?
A: Our customer care team is ready to replace & resolve! Email us at customercare@helloblissbaby.com and complete the form & our customer experience team will send to you. 

Q: Can I use multiple coupons?
A: You may apply ONE coupon code per order (with the exception of Free Shipping).

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to ineligible use of coupon code and to modify or cancel an offer due to technical errors or unforeseen problems.

Coupon codes cannot be used or applied to orders already placed.

If you wish to get a refund, our retail partners have competitive return policies for beauty purchases.

Please take your product(s) back to the original point of purchase, along with proof of purchase, for a refund or an exchange, even if opened!

Cancellations:

You have the option to cancel your order within 60 minutes of making your purchase by selecting "cancel order" on your order confirmation page. After that window of time, we cannot guarantee cancellations. If you would still like to request to cancel your order, please fill out this form right away, select “Cancel Order” under “Reason for Contact”, and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

 

Bliss Baby reserves the right to decline or cancel orders at any time. If your order needs to be canceled for any reason, we will notify you of the cancellation via email to the email address you provided when submitting your order and will refund any payment already made by you or your credit/debit card company to us.
